As Good As (Rose) Gold: My Olivia Burton Watch

Just a quick blog post from me today on my beautiful new(ish...yet another post I've been meaning to write for quite some time) Olivia Burton watch.

I ordered this little pretty from Twisted Time. They have a great range of watches from the very talented designer duo, Lesa Bennett and Jemma Fennings of Olivia Burton London. Their watches are inspired by British style and look fantastic!

I was lucky enough to order whilst Twisted Time had a discount code available, so I didn't pay full price. But I probably still wouldn't have hesitated too long over the "proceed to check out" button even if it had been full price - it's just a gorgeous watch, quite different to any of my other watches and such great quality!

I had been admiring all of the watches on the Olivia Burton website for a while and simply delayed ordering one because I couldn't decide which one I liked best - they're all so pretty! A nightmare for a shopaholic that can't make decisions (i.e. yours truly). 

In the end I settled with the above watch - the Moulded Bee design in navy and rose gold! I love the colour combination - the contrast between the rose gold face and the navy blue leather strap works really well and the rose gold totally matches the furnishings on my Ted Baker leather jacket - added bonus! Also the bumble bee is really striking and well crafted, which I love.

As far as technical details go, the watch hasn't had any issue with keeping the time and it arrived with the correct time already set! Nice touch Twisted Time! 

It seems to be made of really sturdy materials as I've been wearing it non-stop for weeks and it is showing no signs of wear and tear. It's a wearable and affordable watch that looks great - what more could you want?!
